Kway did a instagram post/video saying he was selling protective face mask. He told everyone to hurry and order before they run out again. I ordered 2 mask for $27.00 each + $8.70 shipping on April 1st 2020. My card was changed April 2nd $62.70. He made a video saying the mask would be shipped out on that no later then Friday...on a video that has now been taken down. I haven’t received any updates on my order since the April 1st email confirming I placed the order. I have emailed the company multiple times when no answer. I have went to his Instagram and Facebook tagging him about my order to no avail.
