The merchant bank froze the Black Oxygen Organics/Nuwtr merchant bank account after they realized the company was in trouble and defrauding customers.

Does anybody know who that merchant bank is and the contact information for them, or a way to find the information?

Last I heard the attorneys handling the class action lawsuit against them were asking the public for that information too.

I purchased two bags of black oxygen in Sept 2021. Was told it was on back order. Would ship in nov. Still nothing in dencember. My bank won't credit me the 98 and 97 dollar charges because I can no longer access my back office due to the company shutting down unexpectedly. Emails aren't going to a valid email box. I want my $200 back.

I placed an order to be a rep and never received anything. It was over 700 dollars!
Placed a order and got nothing
Placed a order and got nothing

I ordered at the end of 2021 based on a recommendation from a friend.y account was deducted $180AUD yet I received no receipt. My bank (Westpac) said they need a receipt in order to chase up my specific account. They closed just after I placed my order and no longer accept emails etc.
Is there a way to get my money back?

I started using Black Oxygen Organics back in August and have had some wonderful healing from it. I love this product and never wanted to be off it, however the company has gone under. I had purchased a bag on Nov 10th 2021 which still has not arrived Dec 2nd and was only coming from their distribution center 15 mins drive away. When I got the email they were closing, I thought they might still have been sending out remaining stock so I ordered 2 more bags, for which I never received a confirmation email for. I am now out $555 and the bank is trying to recover my money. No one can contact them and even BOO Australia can't get hold of them as I think they've gone into receivership. I have no idea what else we can do to recover funds.

I can't comment on the product as I didn't receive it but after seriously pathetic customer service I requested my order be cancelled. They promote a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied - but I am yet to see them honor it. They don't respond to emails and their live chat is hopeless, I don't think they are even direct employers, they only answer straight forward questions or tell you to email the company to which I have done several times and they fail to respond. I have read other reviews that say they have failed to honor refunds and some people are still waiting 2 months on. Customer service like this can't survive, its a shame I think the product might be great but I can't morally back a company with such POOR ethics.

There's absolutely no evidence. People making claims isn't evidence. Check out Amy Langer Nutritionist. She's a registered Nutritionist who has degrees from multiple universities and awards. She breaks down the "studies" and "evidence" that they use to claim this works. Not one source that they cited was done in the last 20 years. If eating dirt can do all of these miracles, you'd think there would be some research or studies done within the last 20 years to show that this can do miracles. The few studies or "trials" that have ever done then were paid for by Fulvic Acid companies and were done with "patients" from one office and all they did was document their opinion of what they found such as "the middle toe seemed to have release trauma" lol The evidence it does cite actually shows it can increase inflammation, decrease your immune response, etc. Also, the only research that has been done on this has been done on fish and rats.

I could not disagree with her more! I go by people who have taken the product several months and it had great reviews by numerous people and now including myself. Its ashame people have to destroy people and companies with their opinion's. If something seems too good to be true than just don't buy it and move on.

I tried the product. I had a reaction to it. As to the blog mentioned above, she has deleted numerous comments. She will only publish comments that support the narrative that BOO is good. Questioning the science is not allowed. Questioning the origin of the BOO is not allowed. Being skeptical at all, is not allowed. I tried it with high hopes, but it had no beneficial effects for me.

Google is black oxygen organics a scam and read the home health happiness page...the comments are full of what it actually is, a monster mad man selling Ontario Canadas biggest landfills dirt ( including industrial waste) with no legitimate permit to extract since 2012... And please repost the article and tell them to read comment section ASAP! PEOPLE ARE GIVING THIS TO THEIR CHILDREN! OF COURSE ITS KILLING ALL THE PARASITES AND WORMS WE NATURALLY HAVE IN US! AND IT WILL POISON US AS WELL...HE NEEDS TO BE IN PRISON!

That was most definitely false! Ive taken the product for several months. There is no harm in it whatsoever! many other companies selling the same product. All destroyed thanks to Social media and the b.s that comes with it. Numerous people benefited from this product. If you tried it before judging you would know.

Oh I can prove Cara (at Health Home Happiness) deletes comments.

Check out the comments left by "Victoria" here...WOW! LOL ALL THOSE COMMENTS ARE NOW GONE.

Unfortunately for Cara, who runs that site...LOL THE INTERNET IS FOREVERRR...lol.

She was proven WRONG, and amazingly she left it up long enough for it to be archived. A couple days apparently.

You can also find this is the case when you go look at the August 12th archives at the Waybackmachine site (waybackmachine dot-org).

The truth will not be hidden.

And if she was so concerned with promoting truth, she would not have deleted those very well-written, truthful comments. There is nothing dishonest about them. They are factual.

When she realized there were even more people who could say the very same thing, she deleted. Not sure how long after these comments were left, but they're gone now.

Shady, suspicious behavior.

She's just as bad as the rest of them. Indoctrinated 'huns'...what a sad, sad case. Pitiful, really.

Robert, that site deletes comments proving her wrong. It is super unethical.

The CEO, Marc Saint-Onge, has stated for nine years that he gets the product from the Casselman/Moose Creek bog. The Moose Creek and Casselman bog are the same bog; it just goes by two different names. This bog is (sadly) right next to a landfill. The landfill is less than half a mile away. (Lafleche Environmental Inc.) sells.

The CEO was recently confronted about this, and he has now changed the location, after years and years of him on video saying it is the Casselman Bog.

I could link tons of videos and articles, but you can easily search. Here are multiple videos where he says he gets it from the Casselman bog.

Casselman bog in Moose Creek, Ontario, 1:40 https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=463710744306058

He says they still use the same bog they have always used at 1:18. According to him, they still use the bog he has always claimed.

"Of all the bogs Saint-onge tested, the one near Casselman had the highest levels of humicacid, higher even than the mud from German bogs, which has been harvested for therapeutic purposes for centuries, he says."

"Specified Risk Materials (SRM) Lafleche is the only landfill in Ontario permitted to dispose of Specified Risk Material (SRM). SRM is defined as cattle tissues which are thought to have the potential of transmitting Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE). This is in response to Robert. The author removed the comments and will not publish any comments that are in contradiction to her narrative.

I have checked out the home health happiness page. I do not see anything you are saying here. She supports the BOO products. Can you post a link to the information you are claiming please? I am researching so I can decide if I want to use the products or not. She gives links to click on her page to show us legitimacy. https://healthhomeandhappiness.com/black-oxygen-organics-boo-scam.html

They market themselves as organic which they very well may be but after using the product for a few weeks I saw NO results. This MLM group kept messaging me trying to pressure me to post positive reviews. When I explained I wasn’t really seeing results they continuously messaged me to buy more and more product.

Also why is this a Canadian company operating with US dollars? Just trying to make it more expensive for no reason.

Im in several of the groups and have never heard of anyone pressuring people to make positive reviews. They are not needed because there are so many of them available to see. I personally know 7 people that have had great results with it, including myself. I've been taking it for 4 months and love it. The only negative things I have heard of are from people having detox side effects (herxing). I do think the company was wrong by setting the dose too high on the package. People are way more toxic than they think to be starting off at the suggested dose.

Another vote for scam. I joined a group because I had been taking fulvic another way and was looking for a group for more information than just what I had researched myself. I asked questions in a polite tone and waited for responses. Totally ghosted and im assuming deleted because no one at all responded and I can't find my original question. Im going to continue taking my fulvic from Cellcore as it is helpful for me, and leave the group I found online. Always a red flag when no one publically posts pricing info, needs to PM you privately to have any discussion about their product, and ignores responding to people that aren't an easy shoo in for purchases.
Garbage.

I had someone contact me on a Facebook group about this product. She told me Black Oxygen can help with various ailments. I joined the Black Oxygen Organics group and within a day had several people contacting me about the product. I then knew it was a MLM. I am very leary of products associated with MLM. They do superb marketing and draw a person in with their new, recently discovered tonic or supplement. They claim to heal everything under the sun (which is not possible). Here are some precautions from WebMd:
Pregnancy and breast-feeding: There isn't enough reliable information to know if fulvic acid is safe to use when pregnant or breast-feeding. Stay on the safe side and avoid use.
Autoimmune diseases: Fulvic acid might increase the activity of the immune system. It might therefore worsen some autoimmune diseases, such as multiple sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and rheumatoid arthritis (RA). People with these conditions should be cautious or avoid fulvic acid altogether.
Kashin-Beck Disease: There is some concern that fulvic acid in drinking water might increase the risk of developing Kashin-Beck bone disease. It is thought that the risk is greatest in regions where people do not receive enough selenium in their diet.
While Fulvic/humic acid isn't a bad product, there aren't enough studies to validate its effectiveness. I wouldn't waste your money. Follow the principles of good nutrition, exercise, water, sunlight, temperance and you will find the best healing, in m opinion.

This company markets themselves as organic, it can't be. Online it states in order to be certified organic in Canada, 95% or more of the contents must be organic. This is a MLM (multi-level marketing) company with an impressive compensation plan to market, sell and distribute products. The reps seek out individuals, many with health issues, to join a joint group on Facebook. There, many of the reps are the ones actually marketing claims that one in day they felt like a new person and their health issues went away, all positive, against the product, at attempts to persuade the weak into making a purchase. If you ask a question that alters their agenda in any way, they will avoid it or delete it, refuse to post your question, or even delete you from the group...I was deleted because I called them out and did research against them. I was almost conned into buying this product. Do your research...there's certainly not much on it!!!!

the plant picture in my first reply is after 6 waterings with the product.

I actually saw great results in 24 hrs and more after 1 week and additional ones after 4 weeks. I also have friends and family member that have also had great results. One close friend of mine has had a voice tremor over 10 years. After 4 days of taken product her tremor reduced by about 90 percent. She can now sing to her granddaughter. Never could before. soooo that being said, many of the claims are actually real. And many of the post get deleted if they do not follow the rules when you sign up to be in the group. Im in several groups and some are more strict than others. Because of all the claims, now the FDA is looking into the product. FDA does not like anything healing if it is natural and not owned by Pharma. So the rules in the groups will be more strict or they will get shut down and the admins will be held responsible.

To Michelle. No they delete any comment that is not directly online with their product. For example myself and a few others have answered honestly to other ppls questions and for daring to have a convo about using boo and using minerals or other health beneficial dietary requirements the comments were removed. I said the letters In conversation h20 and o2 and I was told my post was removed due to mentioning other products. Since when is water or oxygen a product ? I had to explain to a full grown adult that water and oxygen were in fact gas and liquid nothing more lol

There is scientific evidence- just Google "Fulvic Acid", one of the key ingredients in BOO, and you will find multiple studies supporting some pretty amazing health benefits. The products are also backed by the Health Department of Canada.

I agree with the poster below. Your comments were probably deleted because of your tone/delivery if they were anything like your "review" above. I just placed my first order & I can't wait to try it for myself. If it helps to give me mental clarity, focus, energy, & vitality it will be well worth the pricetag.

So what I am understanding is that you never even tried the product? So how do you know it's no good? I haven't tried it yet either. I plan to. Maybe it will be trash. But if I order and love it and decide to sell it and share my experiences would that make me a liar trying to con you? How can you call something a scam you have literally zero personal experience with?
