Suggests to fax or email my account info as mailing is unsafe. Mentions "this transaction will be processed legally".

Letter has random capital letters in sentences and has bad grammar.

Letterhead is from London, UK while address on envelope is from Markham, ON. Company is Betway Investment and Consultant Inc., John Westwood is the contact name.
