ordered full size outdoor birdhouse set of 4 ($105) thru mailer catalog received.. Birdhouses are a thumbprint size of picture shown relative to ext. window (2”w x 5” long. Shipped in plastic , no return invoice, or contact info to get return authorization. i had to research on my visa bill to track down comp to google ph number. Dialed number to get return authorization& rep identified merch. as theirs but was told bc i bought online i couldn’t return and was not allowed to give me any other contact info. So i emailed customer service @bestliving.shop to get response several days later from a Emma telling me i couldn’t return bc past 15 days return, i explained no invoice & had to wait for my visa to be charged to research and try to guess what charge was this comp as once again it was a unknown comp with zero phone contact or any identification to call . After threatening ScamPulse.com & FTC today i received my second email from an Emily (not Emma) directly me to ship back to china address b4 i would get a refund . i explained i ordered in good faith from an american company and expect a refund from that American company, i explained i never order from China or ever will .
