Type of a scam Online Purchase
Mr. Smith has co-signed for an apartment for a woman under the business of Believe Ministry & told the landlord that he is her case manager & will do house checks & drug screens, & cover any rent that she is not able to pay. Mr. Smith has secured a set of keys to this womans apartment, when he does not even have a place of gis own to live. Mr. Smith has made sexual approaches to the women he approaches & has already told the woman he is currently "helping", that they can "take it out in trade". He is telling others that his Ministry has a board of directors & multiple private donators, none of which is true. Mr. Smith targets vulnerable women to attempt to extort funds & sex. Mr. Smith has also lied to other agencies about his Ministry & actions.
There is no one above him to report this to & he will not stop.
