I ordered a Brush set and some accessories. I waited about 6 weeks for it to arrive as I knew supply chains were an issue and I try not to be a jerk customer. I got excuse after excuse of supply chain issues, promises of sending my order next. Just to delay me so I couldn't contest the charge. I emailed at least 3 times before they stopped responding all together.

Behairful Brush has many positive reviews by critics online and by consumers on their website- it appears at one point they may have been a legitimate company selling hairbrushes and appeared legitimate to me at the time of purchase. I ordered a Behairful Pro Detangler hairbrush on 1/18/23 and received the order confirmation and my PayPal account was charged. Their website says the item is in stock and says items will ship in 36-48 hours. However I never received a shipping confirmation nor the item. I attempted to email the address listed on the website and emails [email protected] on 1/31/23 and 2/14/23, but all emails returned as undeliverable due to email address does not exist. Replying to the order confirmation goes to the same non working email. I also attempted to call the only phone number listed on the website or emails on 1/31/23 and 2/14/23 (at 9am and 1pm EST on 2/14, in evening on 1/31) but the phone rings several times then either disconnects or goes to a busy signal. On 2/14/23 I reported this to PayPal and PayPal refunded my money fully since they guarantee against fraudulent purchases. But Behairful continues to email advertisements for their products, and their website remains up with the same contact info and product availability for purchasing despite that they do not ship product and are not reachable. They even sent an email saying that if others purchase products using a code they sent me that I would receive a percentage of the cost of their purchase. I received an email from them requesting a review for the product I never received, but when I clicked the link it links to a “page not available” page. I tried writing a bad review on their actual website to warn people but it wasn’t posted despite saying the review was received. Only 5 star reviews are present (dated through 2021, none from later). There is one independent critic review online that does mention she knows of multiple people recently who ordered and didn’t receive brushes from this company and she was unable to reach them so she stopped recommending them.

I strongly believe their website should be taken down.
