I placed an order with bedpillows.com for a Christmas gift. I received an email with Fedex tracking on 12/10 however Fedex has advised they have not received the package. I have tried multiple ways to contact this company via their website, phone number, social media accounts and email address. I have not been contacted back and the status of my order remains the same for the last 8 weeks. This feels like a scam to me, they took my money and haven't provided me with the product that was ordered. I don't want this to happen to others which is why I am reporting it.
