Copy of email sent 6/1/17:

Customer Service,

Today (June 1st) I received 10 Fl Oz jar of Vlamorous cream. The Packing Slip said it was ordered on May 24th (last Wednesday) and shipped May 25th. I did not order this product on May 24th. I did order some sample of that product about 1 1/2 months ago.

The Ship to address was: Douglas Griffiths, PO Box 801, Gravette AR 72736-0801

The Order #: 7068352

As I did not order this item. No credit/debit card should have been charged. I called your Customer Service Number at (844) 844-0167. I spoke with your representative "Dooanye" who confirmed that I had ordered a free sample of that product on April 10, 2017. She said that I had signed up for more product to be mailed every 30 days at the full Vlamorous price of $97.83. I told your representative that I did not sign up for any more shipments and that my wife found the original sample to have not been effective at all. I was first offered that Vlamorous would take me off the "subscription list" but that that according to their "policy" that no refund would be made. After complaining I was offered first a fifty percent refund and then "Dooanye" went to her supervisor who offered a seventy-five percent refund. I told her that I was going to file a dispute with Master Card for the full amount if I did not hear back from Vlamorous within 24-48 hours to this email.

I want a full $97.83 refund to my Master Card immediately or I will file a formal complaint with Master Card.

On line advertise money return guaranteed for free trial cream.

Ended up as membership and charged $100 for small cream that does nothing!!!

Advertised a FREE sample for shipping and handling only. No mention of a 30 days trial or that you would be billed $90+ for each sample OR that is would be a monthly thing you were setting up. When I called and tried to get my money back they said to send in the "sample" and when they got them back they would send me an email and credit my account MINUS a $40 restocking fee. There is no mention of a restocking fee on the return slip

enclosed with the product when it originally came. They tried to tell me that this fee was a warehouse charge and they could do nothing about it. WHAT A SCAM - THESE PRODUCTS ARE GEARED FOR OLDER GALS AND THEY ARE PREYING ON US.
