Hey all - after a year of struggle, I have finally successfully brought Beautifully Passive to the court. We are about to start Discovery phase. Getting to the discovery phase has been expensive. If you had a bad experience with Beautifully Passive and would be interested in helping with the process or possibly joining forces, feel free to contact me.

Hi, idk where you are in the process but I am interested. Please reach out to me. [email protected]

I'm very interested in jumping onboard to bring about justice for myself and others. I brought one Fat Freeze machine back in Feb 2020. And I have not been able to get in touch with Rob or Kendra. In the beginning they made it seem like it had something to do if Covid 19. I'm out of 15,000 . Please Contact Me! [email protected]. Lanor

Anyone still on this?
I will 100% help fund hiring a lawyer and try to nail this guy

I purchased 4 fat freezing machines on November 2019 and I was told that I would make $4,000 per machine 50% for me as the investor and 50% for the salon that machine would be placed in. They told me they had a placement department and the machines would be placed within 60 days of signing the sales contract. They are in breach of contract prior to the COVID and yet they said that they are still looking for renters of the equipment. After the initial days and then months passed, COVID, they said was causing the delay in placement. I even had two rental agreements signed by two different owners of salons but the equipment never was placed. I was told the fat freeze machines were held up in Chinese customs. I waited for months, which turned into a year and then more than a year. I have heard nothing from the company. I did not make a dime. I am out alot of money. I had told them my spouse recently died and that I needed to make some money as an investor. I would state they have not followed through on any of their legal promises. They are in breach of contract. Also, I believe that communications from the company is terrible. i spoke to Robb Hadley, Kendra, Cathy and all the people that were in charge. I was even told that Steve owned the company and that he was keeping the company open. I was promised that every investor's machine would be placed. I was patient. I am now pursuing legal recourse because this company is full of fraud and lies. They have not communicated with me since July 2020. I think we should be part of a Class Action Suit against the company.

I am interested in any assistance or information you may have. Is it ok to post an email possibly on this site. I have not used this site before so not sure. Thanks!

I also had a terrible experience wiht Beautifully Passive. At this time, I invested $40,000 and the machines were never delivered. I was informed that they do not need to honour their contract because of Covid 19. I am Canadian but would like to participate in a class action suit against Beautifully Passive. The owner has been involved in other scams I found out after I already had purchased the machines, since his name was never made public. MommySharks, if you are planning a suit please respond so I can share my contact info.

Same. How do I get in contact with you?

@ MommyShark. I would like to receive any information regarding this. Can I post an email address. I'm interested in a class action lawsuit, hiring a lawyer, filing with the State Attorney. Just not sure if there is already a class action suit going on or what might be the best route to take. Thank you!

Yes I’ve been in touch with an attorney. How can I reach you?

Beautifully Passive was advertised by franchise.com. After reading some information and reviews seen on reddit.com and the better business bureau I was skeptical. It sounded too good to be true. I was contacted by a Jeff Rosen via text message, saying "you inquired online about beautifully passive, give me a call". Shortly later I called Jeff, he explained the business model as I invest $30,000 to buy 2 fat freezing machines, they work with their placement specialist to locate spa's or locations in my area, I then become an ambassdor of Beautifully Passive and visit the spa every other week to collect my 50/50 split. The spa pays nothing out of pocket, receives training covered by me (the investor) and the only responsibility of the spa is to have an insurance policy up to $2 million dollars. Sounded straight forwarded. Until I started doing some more research and noted many complaints and people claiming the business was fraudulent. Jeff had an answer for every question I asked, including how many machines are in operation? He told me they have so many new investors he couldn't even guess... come to find out they have NONE in the state of Florida currently operating. Red Flag. He gave me 2 references to call to discuss their business, how its operating and if its making money. I spoke to Michelle (Jeff gave me her number) she asked me twice why I was calling and then gave me a long winded story of how she's already making a profit. My guess is Michelle is part of the scam. I later texted her to further here more and she never responded. After several calls, emails and text, Jeff convinced me this was the right move. He was so convincing he sweetened the deal by allowing me the opportunity to buy in at a super reduced rate of $15,000 for one machine, and the additional $30,000 upon placement of the machine. He acted like he did me a favor by saying, "I got my butt chewed out" for making this deal. In the end, I reluctantly invested. Didn't hear a word from anyone for 3 weeks. 3 WEEKS. I finally reached out and made some noise about the lack of outreach. I spoke with Kendra who was head of placement team and then Taylor the liaison and eventually Cathy whom I was told was "part owner". Turns out, Cathy is a consultant for the company, before they go BANKRUPT. Looks like a really awful and touch lesson learned for me. Now, I'm fighting for my money back and warning others not to fall for their fraudulent scam.

I spoke to this company regarding a fat freeze machine investment. At first they were extremely attentive, even after we transferred $42k to their account, spoke with other customers, signed a contract, etc.

After a couple of weeks of no one responding, we heard that the girl working there "no longer worked there." I reached out to the person doing the recruitment who tried to help us with further contact info but we can now not receive a reply.

The contract states that the machines will be place in 45 days. It has now been 4 months and we cannot reach anyone.

This is a scam - beware!

The same thing happen to me.I brought a machine back in Feb.15,000 and they said its going to take longer because of Covid. A guy named Robb helped me and even gave me references to people who supposedly making all this money. After I paid I couldn't get a hold of anyone. If there is anyone working with an attorney please let me know.I reached out to an attorney and he told me I should have called him to review documents before I paid. What a [censored]..If anyone want to talk about this please reach out and I will leave a phone number.

I filed a BBB complaint and was told that there are more pending complaints. I was also advised to contact the Economic Crimes Division at my local Sheriff's department as well as the Division of Consumer Affairs and Attorney General's office. I wish there was a way for all of us to communicate and file a class action lawsuit. I have seen the horror stories
