We was suppose to be able to pick the location and was suppose to have a lifetime to take the trip after we paid $1196. After being given our reservation number, and told the information in which what numbers to call customer service and reservations we was sent to the verification department where we talked to a man name Shawn. He had us tell him the card information and reaffirmed all the other information. Now when we go to call either number ones an Appliance store and the other just gives a constant busy number. We went online and looked up mthe Bahamas Paradise Cruiselines number on their website and tried asking about this reservation number and they say they have no record of this nor was it ever a reservation number.
I also have a recorder with the entire conversation from Benjamin and Shawn on it and the date (except year) and time in which all this happened.
