I went through the same process, and am very upset and frustrated. I was really depending on that money for bills and moving expenses. How did they get this started and have packages shipped to different people and different addresses? This is all confusing to me. They should not be able to get away with this, I want my compensation for my time and work. Has anyone came up with a solution? I can be contacted at [email protected]

I was initially contacted by Jeremiah Beaumier on Oct 4 2021, for employment working from home then Cecelia Blackwell, HR sent me an email to set up a phone interview. Someone from their office called me and we talked for about 15 minutes. She stated that if approved for employment, I would receive a conditional job offer. I received the employment contact and approved for employment. Once I sent the signed agreement then Sophie Riley sent me an introduction email with the training materials and access to the HUB CRM, which no longer exist. I received an email from Kelley Lynn on Nov 22 informing me that the 30 days probationary period ended and that my check was mailed on this date at 3pm PST and to report back once I receive my check in ten days. The ten days are up today and I sent Kelley Lynn an email, it was undeliverable. I also sent email to all persons mentioned above and all of them were undeliverable as well as calling all numbers, which they no longer work. The HUB CRM; website and reviews are all gone. I have a copy of contract, training materials and photos of all products mailed to different parties and invoices. I will file a police report and get in touch with the district attorney because I did not know that I was brought into a scam nor do I want law enforcement knocking at my door. If those on this site can offer any additional information or you need info from me, please let me know. It all seem legit at he time but now it's turned into a BIG SCAM! We should all file a compliant with the district attorney in your area, as well with the US Dept of labor for unpaid wages
and the Better Business Bureaus

I was on a job search hoping to find something part time and work from home due to covid. So I got my resume all over the local job sites and I received an email from a company looking for a Hub Management Officer. They said I would Handle mail forwarding. basically packages and mail would be sent to my home and I would send it off to the client. It was explained to me basically that they would be using my address for clients to order or have their mail sent to if they are away, have temporary housing, out of the country, etc. and then I would forward it to wherever they are. I thought of it as them paying me to use my address. I went through a full hiring process, interviews, emails, phone interviews with all the right questions. Then once hired all the right paperwork, 1099 forms, etc.. I started my 30 day probationary period. I have worked other jobs with probationary periods so I didn't find that odd. I was in constant contact with my supervisor Sofia Riley via chat through their hub website, I also had her phone as well as the HR department Cecelia Blackwell and the Payroll department Kelly Lynn I have phone and emails for all of them. According to the ScamPulse.com website the business has been up since 2019 and the sister company Transport Express for at least 8 years. I couldn't find a single complaint online or any scam sites and the IP address were all legit as well as the main website and hub mainframe. I received legit work orders daily, I knew what was coming and when. Most of the items were small stupid things not even worth stealing. cheap phone cases, pop its, memory sticks, some cheap makeup, etc.. I did however receive 10 iPhone 13s and a google temperature control hub and some expensive tools. Out of the 20 packages i received in the month most weren't worth crap and some i still have like the comic books because I never got a shipping label for them. I told them I still have items and was told I would be instructed on what to do with them but, never was. I again spoke to Kelly and was told my paycheck was issued 11/26 and could expect it in 10 business days. I was also told I would receive an email with a decision if i was going to be hired on full time or not within 10 business days. its been at least 15 business days and I still haven't received any word from them. I emailed Cecelia Blackwell to ask and she stated I'm still being evaluated. I went today to sign into the hub to try and speak to the manager lady Sofia Riley but it says the hub is down. All I want is the pay I worked for but I have come to accept that I was scammed by some seriously good scammers. Don't be me. Don't accept any employment from this company you will not be paid.

There scammers I have been waiting on my check since the 22nd of November. Now all sites are down. Owe rent and bills I feel foolish

I been working with the since Oct 18 my first check suppose to b mailed n sent on the 29th of November..can't call them can't email em or nothing..something need to b done they stole my baby Christmas people so cruel I'm abt to lose my home because of this..

Im so sorry this has happened to you The same thing has happened to my godmother and it sucks because she was depending on this job due to her losing her other job because of covid I really hope theres some justice served Im trying to do more research on the company and see what can I do because this is all happening right before Christmas time and she has no money not only for her bills but to do what she planned for her daughter on her birthday the day before Christmas this is all sad it really sucks

Has anyone else reached out to the transportation express. I left a message on Thursday stating someone was using their company to scam people and I have not received a call back

I have the same problem, Same names same dates. No check, now all the websites are down. The Hub CRM is no longer active. I made copies of all the info and chats from the hub just in case. Has anybody case filed in the labor department yet? or take layer? we need our money, we are victims, we need united and file cases together, anybody has any advice suggestions let me know, ping me snap chat "samsid176"

Thanks, Chen, arrested is not a solution, I need my / our money, our labor money, I think everybody's story is the same, everybody upset, sad, But we need to find out how we got our money, 1 and 1/2 month, like $5000, find out a solution, my opinion take labor layer and sue them, my email [email protected]

Yes, I am also found out they are completely disappeared after 12/1/2021, I passed my 30 days Probationary period starting 11/3/2021 -- and I supposed to get paid by 12/3/2021 and the whole CRM system disappeared as well their contact.
I reported to the government link already 12/3/2021 and still searching to report this case and get them arrested.

I worked for bafler starting oct.18. was supposed to get paid on November 17 it is now Dec. 2 and still haven't gotten paid. Cecilia or Kelly or Sophie have not returned any emails or responded to any of my calls. The Hub CRm is no longer active. I made copies of all the info and chats from the hub just in case. I am going to meet with the Detectives. They want me to show all communication s with them that's why I make copies of everything

Me too ? Same names same dates. No check, now all the websites are down. And I looked they have a copy of my license, SS number from the tax forms and my address. I am so upset.

I was contacted by this employer when I submitted my resume to Indeed.com looking for a job. They contacted me via email and phone and told me about a very lucrative job offer. The nature of this job was for me to be a Shipping Manager where I would receive packages at home, inspect them and then ship them out via FedEx, UPS or USPS. They mailed me all kinds of expensive gadgets such as iPhones, Google Tablets, and clothing. They had a very professionally made website with a dashboard that you entered your package information and shipping information. They truly acted like a regular business as they had me fill out Tax Forms and other personal information as I would do with a legitimate job. If I made errors, they contacted me the hub or even telephoned me. In the end, I shipped out numerous packages and didn't receive payment of over $2000.00 that was promised for my employment. They also had me purchase printers and other shipping supplies that I might need to get my job done and promised to reimburse me, to which they never did. Be aware as they offer a mind-boggling base pay and lengthy vacation time off.

I'm going to the same exacting here it is November 29th apparently my check was mailed on the 15th just spoke with payroll and a had to reassure another one Now reading these comments I realized I've been scammed I really hope it wasn't anything illegal It really sucks because I don't know anyone's phone number

Same here worked probationary period was supposed to receive check in the mail they said they supposedly shipped it earlier this month and I am still waiting on a check now Kelley from payroll will not get back to me reached out to Cecelia Blackwell told me my evaluation was good but no permanent position at this time she never said anything about the check they are a scam

Same as above our of work due to the pandemic and posted resume to indeed, and other brand name sites was contacted by Bafler interview and all. After reading this I will contact my local police office. This needs to stop!

End of probationary period was the fourth still havent received my check but was told earlier this week they would love to have me permanent but not enough suppliers in the area Contacted payroll she said the check could take 10 to 14 days

I also know someone who has been waiting for their check since nov1

At that Bafler reached out to me in regards of a job opportunity.

I started sept 27 just received an email stating I am qualified for the permanent position but they do not have enough business in my area to hire me full time at the moment

I was contacted by hr Department cecelia Blackwell stating they are very interested in me due to my resume. they reached out to me multiple times for employment. they shipped products to me as the 3rd party shipper/middle man with names of random customers and I as the 3rd party shipped the package back out to the customer or "fulfillment center". a person contacted my apartment complex stating they someone in my apartment was using her debit/credit card and bought multiple packages and it was shipped her. that made me very curious so I started to do my research and found out more information. the address on the contact we so called signed were weird, one was a house 10866 Wilshire Blvd #708, Los Angeles, CA 90024 and the other was a building. 3324 E Bridgeport Ave, Spokane, WA 99217 shows it is a house. which was odd. I contacted the company and they tried to assure me it was not a scam and they can provide the business account number and assured me I will be paid for the days I worked.
