I contacted them and and asking where did I bought my computer recently, Sheldon Smith with ID # PS-123 said that it has 7 years of free trial and it is installed in my computer and they are asking me if I can go to my computer so that they will remove it. I told him that I don't have my computer and he hang up on me. So I called again and a person answer and I ask about Sheldon and he said that he is with other customer. this guy name is Steve Anderson with ID # 986SY. I ask all their names are american name and their dictions are from India. He said that he is now in US. So same thing I ask about this account and he told me to go into my computer and same answer that I don't have it and just hang up. I called my Visa card and inform them not to pay coming from this company.
