Received a letter in the mail, and it said "a recent payment has been returned' by my bank. Then it tells me to make a replacement payment, of $94.65 and to do that by cashiers check or mail only to the address below, or I can pay at a pay station no later than 10 days on this letter. It says we will not accept a check as a former payment. It says if you feel this is a banking error, please contact us at the toll free number below immediately.

Please be advised that if two payment items have been returned on your account within a 12 month period we will no longer accept any checks on your account for an additional 12 months, all subsequent payments during that 12 month period will have to be made using guaranteed funds (cash paid at a local business office money order or cashiers check only). If you have questions please call the business office 800-201-4099.

They also had my Century Link account number.
